Reverted changes done in MP3 support that improved resistance to corrupted MP3, but introduced many problems with some good files
Fixes remaining DV Video issues
Fixes channel order for 5.1 sources:
checked for AC3, DTS, AAC, WMA, REAL AUDIO, OGG VORBIS, WAV
- 0002825: [Bug] v3.6.11.172 --> MultiCore Selector let's me select a higher value than physical cores in the computer (wesson) - resolved.
- 0002786: [Bug] Some avi files with dvvideo video stream are previewed & converted with green lines at the bottom of the image (wesson) - resolved.
- 0002823: [Bug] [Regression] 3.7.10.170 - Bad conversion of a avi movie file containing 'dvvideo' video stream (wesson) - resolved.

不建議使用本版本，此版更新後，會有讀不到完整選單範例的問題，容易出現模組載入不全。

目前版本為 3.6.12.174c，這個版本現階段基本測試正常，也修正了 3.6.12.174 不穩定的現象，強烈建議 3.6.12.174 使用者更新。
